这一般都是你的杀软在清理病毒损坏了这文件或者说这文件键值还残留在注册表里!所以一开机系统就会报错,只要取消这启动项目就可以解决问题了!
开始---运行---msconfig---启动---找到"busnis.dll"选项---取消勾---确定--重启动机器
如果你的系统是2000的话,可以装个Autoruns：开机启动项管理 帮你清理下这启动项目也行!

或者直接在注册表(开始---运行---regedit)依次展开到"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun" 在右边窗口找到“c:windowssystem32busnis.dll”的项目，删除,重启动下机器!
